A SMALL SITE. CLEAR BOUNDARIES.

Privacy & data

How the Hi Pikoo promotional website handles data, and how it differs from the device and Agent server.

This website

This notice describes the marketing pages and local eye demo. These pages do not provide chat input, payments or recording, and do not connect analytics, ads or remote models. Login and app pages belong to separate retained service flows.

Local expression illustration

The eye illustration runs in your browser. It does not request microphone or camera access, upload audio or make model requests. It is a visual interaction illustration, not a real voice session.

Browser preferences

On your first visit, the site uses your browser’s preferred supported language: Chinese or English. After you switch, a first-party cookie named pikoo_language remembers your choice for one year; switching happens on the current page. Your motion preference is stored locally in this browser. No tracking cookies are used. You can clear these preferences in your browser’s site-data settings. The page does not read or store device-project tokens, conversations or household memory.

Visits and external links

A hosting service may process basic request data, such as IP address and request time, to deliver pages. When you follow a GitHub or other external link, that service handles your visit. This website does not automatically submit issues or send forms to external sites.

Hi Pikoo family assistant devices and servers

The voice project has a different data flow. Realtime sessions connect to your configured server and external model provider. Read the architecture and deployment documentation for standby wake processing, shared memory and persistence. The absence of recording on this site does not mean the voice project is entirely offline.
